The hotel itself is nice, but the other guests make it miserable. My neighbors are chainsmoking in their rooms, despite the no-smoking policy, and the smoke fills my room. The walls are thin, and I have to listen to music and loud conversations late into the night. It's like staying at a bar.

Quiet rooms and nice view on the park. Perfect location. That's it

The hotel is nice and comfortable, close to Geneva downtown. Free parking. The hotel provides a card for unlimited use of public transportation.
Staff are really nice and helpful.
Free wifi with really great internet speed.

However,
The rooms are small. Bathrooms are really tiny (airplane tiny). and rooms could be cleaner.

For the price, it is not a bad choice.

I came here for the Awakening of love festival! The grounds are beautiful and the staff friendly.

Expensive. The hotel is visibly a converted mansion but all seem and feel old and cheap. No TV in the room. Mini bar in the room was empty. No restaurant or food option on the evening and breakfast was really basic. Definitely not going back there.

The staff are not professional. Breakfast is a deasater, and private toilets are charged extra.

So beautiful and peaceful!!On part is a luxury hotel but in the other part it's a hostel for people who have difficulties

Nice staff but the apartman not too comfortable. No airconditional, no frige, no bar.
