I've been with them for a couple of years. Much more organized than our previous Regie (Primmo). We had a few issues, and they promptly sent professional people to fix them. When I had a problem with my bank and ended up paying rent late, they waved the late fee and were patient while I fixed my online banking.

Horrible service, making neighbors hate one another by gossiping behind, not even listen to client’s request. They do only commanding what to improve from residences, they talk words of racism as well. They can’t apologize of their rudeness, it’s normal in SPG and many people in Geneve(locals) know that they are aggressive and rude.

they are in bad faith. Be careful in entering any bail with this Regie, they will never allow you to get out the bail unless you go to Court (and they lose as in my experience!)

never ever again with SPG. they do a very poor job in the management of the buildings, never never again
incredibly slow and bureaucratic company. their employees are on average very old and demotivated

Horrible, horrible service. Cannot even begin to explain. Rude staff. Careless and inconsiderate. Made my life so unbelievably difficult. If I could put 0 stars I would. Never in my life had I experienced such poor service, and this is especially surprising and frankly disappointing because we're in Switzerland. No wonder so many people told me not to get involved with SPG.

Response to inquiries about rentals in Geneva apartments is slow and not very friendly. For example not returning calls and "Cold" attitude towards people trying to find rentals in a stretched market. More sympathetic and helpful approach would be welcome.
