Never again! Went there for a facial and it resulted in the worst breakout of my life. Not even as a teenager I had it this bad. Took weeks to get my skin back to normal. Don't know what products they used or what they did but I definitely feel like I wasted my money there. Staff was friendly but that's the only good thing I have to say about the place.

I am so happy I found Otelina. It’s simply the best beauty institute in Geneva (and I’ve tried quite a few). The selection of treatments is wide, the place is clean, well-equipped and centrally located, and the staff are friendly and very well qualified (although I can’t praise Virginie enough – she is TOP!). I would recommend Otelina to anyone who wants to take care of themselves, body & soul, get pampered and relax.

Personnel très gentil et professionnel. J'ai été reçue par Sophie et elle a été d'une grande douceur et m'a mise à l'aise pendant l'épilation du maillot. Elle m'a même donné quelques conseils beauté. Je n'ai rien de négatif à dire!

Prestations très professionnelles et de qualité. J'étais là pour une épilation et je dois admettre que c'était la meilleure épilation de tous les temps ! traitement très doux, rapide, efficace et de bonne qualité. Fortement recommandé

Un coup de coeur à Genève.
Le professionnalisme et l'attention de l'équipe m'ont réellement fait sentir comprise et porté sur le choix de mon traitement. De plus, l'institut est magnifique et très bien situé!
Je recommande aux personnes qui souhaitent se sentir aux petits soins!
