I stayed for 3 nights and all aspects of my stay were excellent. Check was informative, friendly and efficient. Front desk staff always greeted me I came and went. My room was cleaned very well every day and my luggage was stored for me on the day of my departure.

We had a great stay in this budget hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the travel voucher sent before arrival was brilliant and gave us free public transport (trains, trams, buses, water taxis) around the city.
The room was very clean, large powerful shower and although in a busy area most noises were blocked when the window was closed.
The location is ideal for walking, very close to the train station, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Yes, it is in the red light district but the working ladies never bothered us or made us feel uncomfortable in any way.
If we visited Geneva again we would definitely use this hotel.

Too small rooms. Staff behavior is very good. Good breakfast. Great location. Walking distance from both Geneva Lake and Geneva train station.

Great location, it’s about a 5 min walk to the main train station in Geneve. Solid for a one night stay. The room was a bit small so I wouldn’t recommend staying for an extended period but the staff were warm and gave us impeccable service.

Luxury price, budget hotel quality.
The room is clean though. Good for international guest who don't enjoy European style hotel.

Greta hotel for a weekend getaway. Stayed here 3 nights. It’s located in the heart of Les Parquis which is Geneva’s red light district, and the rear rooms overlook some of the window bars, so I wouldn’t recommend those if you’re travelling with children. Otherwise, I can’t fault the hotel at all, rooms are a touch on the small side, but I suppose it’s Geneva after all. Would return.

STAY AWAY OF THIS HOTEL! Very dishonest people work here! They steal items from their guests from the room!!! Unacceptable bad attitude! Please go to anywhere else for your safety!!! Thieves!!! IBIS AND ACCOR HOTELS, NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!
