I came here they told me try my luck other time while when the second time I came they still refuse to sell anything to me, however they brought 3 different bags to other client from Middle East, they have very strong prejudice to the Asian client. Please don’t come if you don’t know anyone here.

I visited this branch two days ago. The staff who helped me were very friendly, especially the one in the shoe department, the girl with curly hair. She was patient and kind.
the only thing i didn’t find some stuff and they didnt displays any bag ????

Very nice boutique and beautiful stuff but, no organization for clients. They can be waiting for half and hour and nobody will care until you tell at the reception that you have been waiting and they won’t even care, they will say "a sales associate will take care of you as soon as possible" and no one will!

Calling themselves a "luxury brand" well not for clients service. Sorry to say…

Very poor customer experience. No one cares about the clients sitting and waiting. Before calling yourself a luxury brand you should make sure your staff is properly trained in customer support. Very disappointed in Hermes at this point.

I would have to give this store -50 when it comes to customer service . No point in even having a doorman who opens the door for you. He is even more rude then the staff inside . I have attempted twice to go to this store to but shoes and a watch , no one bothered to come to ask me how long i have been waiting . I would say the hermes store in GVA is the worst luxury store i have been to in terms of customer service . DONT GO THERE , they dont deserve your business .

Stuck up Hermes staff at the Geneva store who think they are above customers. Rude and disrespectful who are not even their jobs worth. Too precious to talk in English!
Can sell everything except handbags to tourists. Stick it where the sun doesn’t shine….

Very very rude staff. Not hospitable at all. I waited forever for someone to assist and no one was willing to help.
