The lady who works there is very rude and pretentious. She treated us with a great deal of arrogance and condescension. Suffice it to say we won‘t be going back. There are far better cigar shops in Geneva with a better selection and more helpful staff. Even 1 star is too much.

Shady operation, no prices on any cigar boxes, when you enquire about the price, the attended go in his office for a very long time just to get 1 price, then come back with a paper with a number on it, and give you another price much higher, expecting you not to look at his paper I guess,
I refused to buy a box for 1200CHF as it seemed outrageous, sure enough in another shop few street away the same box was at 600CHF, a place to avoid!

Accueil exécrable de la part de la vendeuse, à la limite de l'impolitesse. Manifestement la présence de clients la dérange. Je ne reviendrai jamais et déconseille ce magasin.

Boutique belle visuellement mais très très pauvre choix de cigare. Très bel emplacement sur une des rues les plus luxueuses de Genève mais malheureusement aucun cigare de prestige. A quoi beau avoir une bel boutique s’il n’y a que peu de choix ?
