The gym is big with a good set of machines (weight and cardio). It has a dedicated place for abdominal exercises and stretching. There are plenty of courses during the day. The crew of the gym is nice and well prepared. It is located on the 2nd floor of BALEXERT close to the cinema. There are many windows, so the room gets a lot of light. It is easy to reach and find a parking place.

Free trial is not free. Misleading information for the consumer on their website. Entering the club for the first time costs 20 CHF and only if you join , they deduct this sum from your fees .

Signed me into a 1 year contract only for me find out find our the gym is closing in 3 months, but not willing to cancel the contract and expect me to travel somewhere inconvenient instead.

C’est super comme endroit de fitness. Il y a beaucoup de différente possibilité spa piscine hamam, sauna. Périodiquement, il y a des offres intéressantes. Mais au delà de ces promotions ça reste assez cher comme prix de base. Un abo 10 entrée 275 CHF

Ancien client, j'ai dû cessé d'y aller. Victime de son succès, le fitness ne limite pas les abonnement (appât du gain). Du coup, il n'est pas rare de passé 1h a prier pour avoir une machine ou de faire la queue pour une autre. Le personnel est hétéroclite de par sa sympathie (allant du vrai pro aimable au sergent major en mode pit bull). Les machines sont modernes et variées. Par contre, elles sont rarement nettoyées. On se laisse parfois des message écrits dans la poussière. C'est marrant. Ca l'est moins quand le personnel vous reproche de ne pas avoir nettoyer les dites machines. Après avoir fait la queue pour y accéder, la motivation de servir de femme de ménage pour Harmonie n'est pas vraiment présente.

En fréquentant les dimanches pour faire des cours collectifs j’ai constaté quelques soucis avec les horaires. Aujourd’hui le coach n’est jamais arrivé, et aucune justification. Ce type de situations nous font perdre du temps et sont un énorme manque du respect.

Bon fitness dans l'ensemble. Il y'a juste un problème avec l'affluence qui est parfois beaucoup trop forte et il manque quelques machines, typiquement celles pour les abdominaux qui, d'après moi, ne sont pas assez efficaces.
Plus qu'une solution, aller faire du sport quand on peut et pas quand on veut, et commencer à aimer les poids libres.

Très bon fitness avec équipements neufs et très bon coaching sur demande et gratuit.
Prix abonnements intéressants et dans la norme.
