I had a great experience with this department store. I wanted a specific bike for my young daughter and during the pandemic bikes were hard to come by as everyone was buying bikes. I found the bike i wanted online at Harry's department store on the Shetland islands. I was concerned about how delivery would be undertaken. I contacted them and everyone i spoke to was lovely and very helpful. Delivery was prompt with no problems at all. Great service thanks!

Great location in on of the largest malls here in Geneva. Very competitive pricing with all other electronics and media supply stores in the mall and surrounding areas. Knowledgeable and polite staff and a awesome selection on cameras, drones, speakers/headphones, media storage disc's and drives. Most things sold in-store carry a 2 year warranty with extended plans available. Also make sure to check out the marked down equipment there is always a hidden gems amongst the pile.

There are a lot of customers in line who are about to pay, but there are only 2 cashiers open. ????

Very interesting shop. My grand children love it. They bought all their year end gifts here. Fnac master card gives a lot of reductions too

Reasonable electronics/books/toys store. Not a good range of English books (very poor), but good range in French. Electronics are expensive. Good choice of comics (in French). Can find presents for kids, but more if you don't know what to get than if you are looking for something specific.

I went today and bought three articles on sale. When I paid them, the cash did not register the sale price for two out of three articles and, as a result, I got over-billed. I went back five minutes later, immediately as I realised it, but the lady in charge refused to reimburse me for the difference, saying that the store was just going to close and that I should have come back next week. I definitely got the impression that a solution could be found on the spot but that there was not willingness to do so, not even when I explained that I could not afford loosing working hours to go back next week...
Definitely I will think twice before shopping again in that store.

I completely agree with the previous opinions - do not order online!!! According to the website, they had the item on stock, but I haven't even received any order confirmations after 10 days! I called them twice already, only promises that the delivery will be confirmed that day. Nothing. And we are talking about 1500 CHF. They took the money though. I will never ever order anything from them online.
