Just bought another pair of glasses at Fielmann, this time for my wife. As usual remarkable quality of advice and service.
Geoffroy spent a long time to go through all the options and presented countless frame models until my wife was happy.
Over the years, we have had many visits at Fielmann: it is amazing how consistently helpful and knowledgeable their staff is.
We have done business with other opticians in Geneva, we prefer Fielmann!

Good and friendly service! A bit expensive but they take time to each client and quality is good! Went for contact lenses for the first time they at least make sure you have right ones. But always read what they give you as additional products. had very bad experience they give me wrong solution which was not solution at all and the lady insist that that's what I need do I use it and burned my I it was so red and painful for a few days. I went back right a way to complain they just sad sorry and gave a right solution.

Wait can get a bit frustrating but they have by far the cheapest selection of glasses. After sale service is brilliant, with free replacement in case of defects and a good refund policy.
They also provide eye tests and certificate for driving tests at a cost.
