Alexandra is amazing! I have been doing laser for years now in different countries and with Alexandra I have the best experience ever. She is very professional attentive and meticulous. I absolutely recommend laser treatments at this center especially with Alexandra as your therapist

I think this clinic is very professional and I think the prices are too low -
You should see what they charge in Zurich or Gstaad. Ok anyway - thank you for the amazing treatments you gave me. They were all really well done extremely professional ????
I also did injections, I did some facials, Cryo, and skin tightening for the face - they were all done really amazing thank you ☺️
And I tried the teoxane serum and I actually really love it. It’s a good one. Usually I use Augustinus bader. I will use teoxane as well now.
I also like that the procedure is done by a real doctor -
Another amazing reason to come back

I had a RDV for micro needling but when already in the cabinet the doctor found out that the machine was not working and my treatment was cancelled. In addition the doctor slammed the door when I expressed my disappointment. It makes me very doubtful about the quality of the service and I will definitely not ask for another appointment there.

Update as of 10th of May 2022: after the Clinque response I would like to clarify that I was there on 5th of May (not two days ago, maybe you are referring to somebody else?), nobody offered me any free procedure and that the saddest /easiest defense is aggression i.e. accusing me of bad attitude. I will let each of the prospective client decide on which side are they and if she/he wants to take the risk to be treated badly and then publicly accused of even worst.

I did a session of LPG massage here today and was sadly surprised. The lady who was doing the session was inexperienced and I have an impression that she did the massage for the first time. I happen to know the director of the LPG distribution center in Genève, tried this massage several times, so I know how it is supposed to be. I would like to underline that the lady was very friendly and tried her best though. She told that normally its her sister who does the sessions but due to health issues she couldn't come. I am disappointed that even in a clinic you can never be sure to receive a professional service.
When I stipulated my impression on the reception, the reaction was :"yeah, ok, ok, 120chf" ????u200d♀️
3 stars, but only because the lady was nice

J’ai pris contact avec la clinique de La Croix d’Or pour un projet de réparation capillaire.
Lors de notre première rencontre avec le docteur meyer , tout est très clair et très précis dans les explications.
Tout les membres du personnel sont très à l’écoute du patient, souriant et fort agréable ????
Ma prochaine étape sera la planification de ma futur opération avec les meilleurs moyens , qui vont être entre Les mains du docteur , et j’en suis certain, le résultat sera excellent ????

Clinique professionnelle en qui j’ai confiance. Le médecin vous dira si un traitement doit attendre. Aleksandra, thérapeute laser est exceptionnelle: à l’écoute, très pro, efficace sans douleur et ponctuelle.

Je remercie profondément de tout mon cœur le Dr.Athmani. Celui-ci a fait un formidable et époustouflant travail sur mes yeux atteints de Xanthelamas importante, particulièrement disgracieuse et très mal placée. Avant de rencontrer le Dr Athmani j'ai fait plus d'un an et demi de tourisme médical. Aucuns des chirurgiens rencontrés en amont ne souhaitaient s'y risquer. Aucuns des chirurgiens précédemment rencontrés ne s'est senti compétent pour retirer les plaques de Xanthelamas situées dans les coins de mes cernes intérieures côtés nez sans me laisser de cicatrices importantes, voyantes et déformant la forme de mes yeux. Grâce aux compétences professionnelles indéniables du Dr.Athamani, à son perfectionniste consciencieux, à son talent de projection qui relève à mon sens du grand art du bistouri, à sa motivation sans faille et d'une bienveillance qui révèle de grandes qualités humaines, j'ai retrouvé mon regard que j'avais perdu depuis 3 ans suite à ces affreuses poussées de Xanthelamas. A nouveau je me regarde dans le miroir et enfin je me retrouve. Mille Merci Dr.Athamani. Très très beau travail.
