We've bought tickets for a bus transfer from Genève airport to Chamonix. The bus never came. We arrived in advance and waited after the departure time. We got stuck in the airport in the middle of the night. Avoid this service at all costs!

We have waited for two hours on 12.07 in Lyon airport for a bus to Geneva. We tried calling ALL phone numbers provided and never heard a response back. Had to go to train station and catch a last train ! This was very inconvenient and irresponsible of the company. I hope you will refund the ticket price !

We booked a Eurolines bus from Geneva to Annecy, which was scheduled to depart at 7.45am. We were at the bus stop well before departure time. We didn't see the bus. The ladies serving at the station said the bus hadn't arrived so we waited. At 8.30 the bus was still not at the station. The ladies serving at the counter said this bus is usually late so we should keep waiting. At 9 we called Eurolines office. An official told us that the bus had departed from the station at 8am. The ladies at the station confirm the bus didn't come to the station. Since there are no records at the station, there's no way for us to confirm whether the bus came or not. In any case I'm never booking a bus trip with Eurolines again.

From Eurolines: unfortunatly the compagny is not responsable for any delay due to trafic ,control border,accident …

A trip from Chamonix to Geneva (~1 hour) turned into a 4 hour adventure. Half of the delay was from border control, but the bus driver could have checked the passports of passengers before boarding.

Bad experience
They are not serious about repayments.
They are not attentive.
Cancel my ticket 15 days before my departure and I have been waiting for a month for the refund.
They are very inefficient in terms of customer service I do not recommend the bad quality of attention and staff it's no responsable

Was travelling from Brussels to Amsterdam. There were 60 passengers waiting but bus didn't come at the station and no reply from the Costumer service. No refund as well.
Worst bus service in Europe, my first and last travel with euro lines Switzerland

Great bus service in Geneva Switzerland,if pay for hotels in Geneva the bus are free,so got on my regular and used to go back to airport,took you right near arrivals

12:35 Bus from thé Hague to Paris never showed. Went to the office, said that they don't know Eurolines Switzerland (company on my ticket). Try contacting these guys and never get any answer.
