His single biggest client is American novelist Danielle Steel, who is reputed to own over 6,000 pairs and is known to have purchased up to 80 pairs at a time when shopping at his stores.

I would like to share my unfortunate experience with the store!

I feel i have been deceived! It was either a fault at the cashier or an intentional wrong size sale by the salesman, whatever the case not my responibility!

I was on a business trip and decided to go n shopping and i bought two pair of shoes, my size is a 42 so this is what i asked and thought i got! The pair of boots I got was a bit stiff when a put them on but the salesman reassured me that this is the perfect size for me and also told me that he has also the same pair of boots and that they tend to expand bit so the are great since they are my size and they are a fit.

So i bought the two pairs! When i went back to my country i was wearing the first pair I bought and ha no problem, actually it is amazing, to the look and feel a size 42.

It took me a few weeks before i first wore the boots for a night out and the pain i had after a few hours was excruciating!

When i came back i checked and the size on the box is a 40,5 I guess you understand the way I felt

I thought that since we are talking about a premium brand i would call customer care and be at least get an apology, when actually i should get an new pair of boots in my size delivered in my doorstep.

What i got??? the reassurance that the store manager would call me back that never happened! And a simple siince you wore the shoe there is nothing we can do!

I returned the boots to the store in Geneva. The assistant was unable to tell me if the soles were stitched or glued. The seller who was clearly inexperienced then attempted to tell me the damaged occurred because the leather is of such high quality! She then said the cost to resole the shoe would be 56CHF.

After waiting over 3 weeks, I returned to the store and I was told I needed to now pay 82CHF with no explanation given. Although you can expect to pay for resoling shoes; when the soles are damaged so quickly, a production issue is clearly to blame, made worse by the obvious lie about leather production and then compounded by the unexplained charges.

I would strongly discourage people from using this brand and in particular the outlet.

Nothing bad per se. But store layout and customer service does not match the brand’s appeal and pricing. The store needs a serious reinvention to come to the level of service expected by its clients.
