While visiting Switzerland my husband needed to see a doctor. We found this clinic and they welcomed walk-ins. Although the sign says that they speak English that was not the case with our receptionist. My husband was seen by Dr.. K. Mahour Bacha and he was very professional, thorough and just delightful. We would highly recommend him. The doctor spoke several languages which I believe he said included Russian, Turkish, Portuguese and Arabic, as well as, English. I would have given them 5 stars if we had an English speaking receptionist. Luckily another waiting customer spoke English and was able to assist us with the check-in process.

Horrible experience. Dr. Pascu was condescending and refused to really listen as I explained my symptoms. His subsequent misdiagnosis left me suffering for days. Went to another clinic that immediately saw I needed a small medical procedure ...needless to say I won't be back

Very pleasant experience for Covid test with consultation. Nice staff, charming nurse who spoke excellent English, decent waiting times, attentive doctor (Loudiyi) who took a lot of time, and who took me very seriously and did some manual examinations related to things I mentioned on the side that many don't seem to do anymore in Switzerland (neither in the UK, for that matter).

I used the emergency service in April 2018 and was then followed by Dr Loudiyi. The permanence did an EXCELLENT job, from the reception process to the nurses to the Doctor. They were patient, caring, and super professional.
And the emergency wait time is a tiny fraction of that at the hospitals.
I hope I'll never need it, but if I have any future emergency, i'll go right to the permanence.

Overpriced and poor service. Went for covid test and charge a premium of 50 CHF extra to have a doctor unnecessarily take the sample for 5 seconds and not even properly. MGD should remove as a partner and be clear on the website about covid test pricing.

Nous sommes venus 2 fois pour une urgence et chaque fois nous avons été bien accueillis et bien soignés.
Réceptionniste, infirmière et médecin ouverts et sympathiques.
