This is NOT a three star hotel - maybe not even two. Room does not match pictures! Bed looked like is was slept in and pillow and mattress were all lumpy. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The room did not seem clean or safe. I needed to find different accommodations after a day of traveling. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is not a 3 star hotel. It’s crazy it cost $277 for one night. In the USA this is a $60 a night hotel. The beds are old and cheap and lumpy. Shower works okay. Carpet is so old throughout whole hotel. A/C didn’t work. It got so stuffy in my room. Worst part about the whole experience is the old and musty smell in the room. The location is okay. Lots of other hotels in the area. Staff was also okay. I don’t recommend any human being stay at this hotel.

This is a nice compact hotel with only a small number of rooms on each floor, the layout is easy to use and the reception was friendly.

I'd paid the deposit for my online checkout which meant I just dropped my room card into a box and left.

The only negative thing: being soo close to the train means some noise can be heard by trains waiting in the station.

Stay away !! Dreadful experience-over sold their rooms despite having. a reservations.

Fateh has zero customer service skills & ability to problem solve. Arrogant is a polite description.

A dreadful experience - will never recommend an Accor in Geneva again.

The rooms smelt horrible, they were too small for 3 adult men and we ended up having to buy another hotel down the road... no refund was given.

Some employees are nice, but some are just plain rude and unprofessional. Internet did not work for 2 days. Other hotels in the area offer better services and rooms

Super small room, the bathroom was a bit clogged. Ok only for overnight layover, otherwise not my preference. VERY limited electricity plug
