Besides the cleanliness, good communication, and central location of this aparthotel, the staff are excellent! They care about their guests and go out of their way to help their guests and make them feel at home. I have not had such warm and genuinely friendly service in my years of traveling to Geneva. Thank you very much.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in May 2023. Even before we checked in we could tell that costumer service was not their strength. For example, I called to let them know I would be checking in late and they reacted negatively saying that I couldn’t get a refund even though that was not what I requested.
Additionally when I asked for change to use the laundromat they rolled their eyes at me. Worst of all when I was checking out the front desk clerk said we owed 4 Swiss francs for coffee pods that we never asked for nor received. When we told her it was incorrect she became very argumentative insisting that we were lying. What makes this particularly aggravating was that we spent over 4.000 Swiss francs for the room.
It would be one thing if the facilities were extraordinary to behave like this, but this hotel is average at best.
If you are looking for an apartment near the train station and the lake and you don’t care for customer service or value for your money then it is fine. Otherwise look elsewhere.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear everything in the rooms next door. I had to call reception several times to ask them to have the rooms on either side be quiet. I could hear everything from the bathroom door opening and closing to the conversations of the people in the room.

The bed was also incredibly uncomfortable and there was no phone signal in the room. Would never stay here again. Terrible hotel with unresponsive staff.

I liked this place as it was reasonably priced, and had all you need for a vacation, in terms of apart hotel, proximity to public transport, railway station (5-7 minutes walk at most) . The restaurant was under renovation but they serve continental breakfast at room. Worth it. And staff were very friendly and helpful.

Although parts of the hotel are in various stages of renovation, some of the rooms are tired and well used. The website has a lady sitting on a balcony and sows a well stocked breakfast buffet. Well, the buffet doesn't exist, and the large balcony must be the owners room. It's false advertisement. The staff is very friendly and try to help you any way they can.

Very near to the Central station and to the lake. Comfortable room with a small kitchen. Breakfast Is served in the room at morning (no breakfast hall). Reception clerks are very kind.

The three good thing about this hotel is the location, service, and the built-in kitchen, and hence the three stars.

Here are three more bad things.

1. It is quite rundown and dated. The pictures does not accurately show the state of the room
2. The bath room design is flawed. There is only 1/2 glass covering the bathtub. So when you shower, the water will leak all the way to the room.
3. The cleaning by default is only done once a week or at the end of the stay, seriously?

Would not come back again.
