Read so many good& bad ones but for me, its all GOOD. i only speak english and even though most staff only spoke min. english, they tried to help. Dr Gerber was very nice & helpful as well as the nurses & staffs, great job!

Have always had a great experience with Dr. Gerber and the staff have always been polite and accommodating. She speaks English and French. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a GP or a gynaecologist!

I am very disappointed. Not from the medical centre in general (as there are good Doctors there), but from the general Doctor Eleni-Tsigganou Pappas. I was waiting 3 weeks for a reply (which I never got) and for my prescription (which I also never got). I asked her, several times, if I had to book an appointment in advance for the results, and said no (she would explain everything via email). She also said that she would fax the prescription. She did neither of those. I had to go to another Doctor to fix my health problem. I would not recommend this Doctor. I have never been treated this way.

My GP is Dr Gerber who has been nothing short of amazing since she has diagnosed my problems effectively with kindness. She’s very patient and goes beyond to make her patients feel comfortable. The gynecologist is also amazing who listens to your concerns and responds patiently. Dr Pahud has been very helpful for the diagnosis of ACL tear and recommend doctors for the surgery. The receptionists are kind and help out for any changes.

I give 5 stars only because of Dresse Pappas. She is the nicest, most human and caring doctor I ever had. Always has great insight and spends time talking and listening to the patient.
However, I went to 2 other doctors in the same clinique, a man and woman, never again, they were cold, ininterested and incompetent.
The women at reception are also very nice, as well as a mexican nurse who is very caring and professional.

No service what’s so ever when you call and want to reach to your doctor your phone msg doesn’t go t the doctor. It’s more like a business They don’t care for there patients. We are Custemer and nothing else for them. Really poor services

My son had an ear ache. The doctor quickly flushed out his ears. Very professional and polite to foreigners. Speak English.
