The driver was not careful and dropped my bag with the laptop on ground, DAMAGING my laptop. In addition, things started wrong from the beginning - the company lost my reservation when I booked the taxi online, so I had to rebook again by phone. Good that I checked, as I had an early morning flight. The driver didn’t care and just left off. Most unprofessional taxi I have ever had, never ever again.

The 1 star is for the nice people on the phone. However, even after confirming twice with the same person during the week, the taxi didnt show up. When phoned, they said it's 5 min away. After 10 min we ordered another taxi. When complaining they said that they cannot understamd why it was not in the system. Looks terrible on my performance :(

the people who answer the phone when you order a cab are super friendly, the drivers are always quick and very good and it's great that you can even pay by postfinance card (one of the only cab services in zurich that accept that card)
all in all just great, i always order my cabs there and will continue to do so. thanks for the great service!

Excellent service, good price, the driver helped us with our heavy luggages.
I know everyone does Uber these days but we usually paid 35 CHF on the same distance and with them we paid 24 CHF. we travelled from Ubertus to sihlquai.
I thought I should write this review because that driver deserved it.

The driver took us the longest possible way, ignored our request to take a different route, then was annoyed at not getting a tip - he made this trip around CHF30 more expensive than it has ever been for the same journey. I will not use again and cannot recommend.

Smelly car, and bad driving. I still feel nauseous after 30 minutes from drop off.

Worst service I have ever experienced. The driver was not able to find the address (which any navigation system can do) and we were asked to guide him by phone. This happened not just once. I would advise everyone not to use such an unprofessional carrier.

Driver does not adhere to traffic regulations, rude and unfriendly. Don't trust them to take the fastest or cheapest route.
