We had the most amazing shopping experience with Jacky. We walked in knowing nothing and thought we’d have a first glance. We had the happy surprise of walking out with some key essentials. Highly recommend using the consultation service. Jacky really took the time to understand our needs and answer all our many questions.

It is worth mentioning that the last visit a few years ago was quite opposite - very attentive sales staff. Yesterday I can only summarize in two words - incompetence and laziness. Three managers, two tills - only one open and lady is having a chitchat with a customer. The queue of 6 people, among them one couple with a baby. At no point was the second till opened. I was buying a discounted item, was given full price by the store manager. When I told her that the item is sold with a discount she's just casually moved me to the side where I had to wait for another 15 minutes while she was dealing with other more important issues. In the end I was given a refund, no apologies, no one seemed to be bothered by this other than me. Zero customer service.

One person was quite unpleasant. Hardly any of the staff speak English. Staff only give vague answers about the products being sold.

I did have a problem with how the furniture I bought was assembled, but when I complained, Ms. Diana Rodrigues gave me full support and provided a solution for the issues. So, this is also a great attitude/service and I'm happy as a customer.

we were waiting to ask a few questions for about 45 minutes and were completely ignored by the sales staff. We left afterwards and wont come back even though the selection seems to be up to standards.

Excellent staff: we went to look for baby carriers and one sales rep spent 20 minutes with us explaining the different options and contrasting them to what we have at home. Great selection of products too.

There's no air conditioning, so it's easily over 30° on a cool summer day in the morning. I had to wait in the parking garage, but husband didn't mind doing all the shopping while I enjoyed the parking garage.
