Having an insurance case completed by Zürich insurance is always a nightmare full of unanswered emails, unprofessional agents and delays after delays.
The agent assigned to my case, Johnni Gonzalez Defrancisco has never replied to my emails unless I was calling someone at Zürich to leave him a message to ask to reply to my inquiry. Nonetheless, he doesn't even bother to check the documents he requests. For example, he asked me to take the product to a shop to give me a diagnosis to proove the product isn't repairable and all he did was to reimburse the cost of the diagnostic, thinking that this is how much the product actually costs. Shameful work in a top insurance companies, probably employees who didn't even graduate high school and have this high grade of incompetence.
As of next year I will choose anything else than Zürich and I advise everyone else to do the same in order to avoid all this cheap unprofessionalism.

You enter the parking for a big impressive roundish glass building then go left to the end of the parking to reach the hep point. Zurich help point is very efficient and friendly.

J’ai déclarer un sinistre au près de chez eux et monsieur SAMUEL BARRAS m’a fait tourner en rond pendant 2 mois sur mon sinistre pour ensuite le refuser mais dès le début il savait qu’il allait me refuser mon sinistre je vous déconseille vraiment cette assurance une arnaque payer une assurance pendant 3ans et lorsque je déclare un sinistre en fait tout pour pas le prendre en charge. Au final ils sont la que pour faire du profit et non pour trouver des solution a leur client

Je suis un client de cet assureur et je me sens arnaqué ! Pour moi, c'est quelque chose de difficile à croire parce qu'on vous arnaque de cette façon en Suisse ? Dans un autre pays, c'est peut-être plus facile. Quoi qu'il en soit, la réparation du véhicule a été un vol, ils n'ont pas changé toutes les pièces, ils ont laissé les mêmes pièces cassées, ils ont mis des pièces d'occasion... un long ETC !! Je prévois de changer dès que possible !! Et je paie une assurance très chère tous risques. Il ne s'agit pas de souscrire cette assurance.

Usine à gaz! Dans mon dossier la gestion est déplorable. Envoi d argent à la mauvaise adresse, l'on prétend par téléphone que vous n'avez pas droit de bénéficier de prestations pourtant prévues par la loi...
Vivement que la gestion par tâches indifférentes soit remplacée par des professionnels aux services des assurés.

Il y a des menteurs qui travaillent dans cette compagnie d'assurance, ma voiture a été cassée par leur client et ils me font perdre mon temps.
