We had an excellent time! Food was great and the dessert sublime. Great service from our waiter Sébastien who made our wonderful experience complete. Looking forward to our next visit!

Food's good
Staff's nice.
Building is aging. I understand the place is an homage to the 70s. But keeping that spirit shouldn't incompatible with an update to the building

To start, the service was really good and a friendly place for families with children. You have indoor and outdoor seating available. Coming to the food, you are served with a salad to start with which is on the house. The selections of grills are pretty good. The tapas was a great choice of starter and the chicken on it is really full of flavour and spicy. You have a great menu to choose from, be it grills or burgers. A must visit in Lausanne.

Very expensive restaurant. The interior is very nice with a U.S. style setting. The meat was okay, but nothing exceptional. The sirup water was not good, it had a very flat taste. However, the caramel cheesecake was actually pretty good. (Check the menu picture to see the pricing)

Today 31/05/2023 this man asked to pay extra price for the menu. Indeed, the menu is included salad and frites for free. He was upset because I ordered XXL ribs and shared The service is terrible.

French ownership makes this chain painfully American for all the wrong reasons. Institutionalized drab, consistent with other Buffalo Grill joints I've experienced abroad, mediocre food, and reliance on frozen products here and there do recall memories of USA F&B culture indeed. I rather enjoy the melancholic vibe this place wantingly or not creates, bringing us back to humbler and more modest times. It's like visiting a 24/7 Walmart in the early 2000s in Fargo. Service tries it's best to be good. Everything is mediocre except for the authentic atmosphere. It takes certain mentality to enable such atmosphere to form - I haven't seen other such places in Switzerland.

Food was OK. Not worthy the price however. Location very old, renovation necessary. Friendly team. Absolutely not recommended.
