If you are looking for a Seat it’s definitely a good place to go. Friendly staff always ready to help and providing good and genuine advice. Customer oriented, they keep things easy and support you well through all stages from choosing the right model to going through all car services. Highly recommended.

It’s a nice looking place but it really doesn’t function well.

You can never get hold of them on the phone, the website looks nice but is missing some basic functionality (and doesn’t always work) and the last time I was there I had to wait 40mins to be seen (I had an appointment).

Lastly, the car never comes back clean. It’s always mentioned that the car will be cleaned as part of the service but it always comes back like some bad rushed through it in 5 minutes.

On the plus side, there are some really friendly and helpful people working there.

Lots of potential but needs to be better.

We had a great expertise from Johny Da Silva. Very helpful, great knowledge and explanation on different cars, options and solution for our individual needs! Highly recommend checking him out. Also speaks good English ☺️???????? thanks Johny!

The worst experience.After several times trying to reach someone on the phone( a real nightmare) I crossed the city just to fix an appointment.I waited at the receptionist and no one cared,they were pretending not to understand me,after waiting for 15 mins for nothing,he kept staring me like I wasn’t not welcome .I was forced to leave and go to Audi Collonge.Amag is way down..Don’t worry if u re a French speaker….
