One of my new favorite restaurants in Geneva, the catch of the day a plaice served with cauliflower puree was a delicate proposition with a lot of flavor as all the dishes we had this night but let’s not forget the service the person in charge was super attentive and shares his passion through his recommendations and explanations

Fantastic experience! The food has incredible depth and that extra something. One senses the attention to fresh local ingredients and thoughtful innovation. This alongside the excellent natural wine menu and pairing certainly added to the experience.

Great service, cozy ambiance - would highly recommend.

Just to note that it's a small limited lunch menu as there only two main dishes on offer: 1 fish based and the other meat. So no veggie options. However, you can order starters as a main course. There is no plat du jour offering.
Fish of day, Pollack, unfortunately lacked seasoning, but cooked we enough. Just missed flavours.
Friend has veal tartare which was better.
The bread and butter is great... Fresh.
Desserts interesting. Wines good .
Service was super friendly. Only one waiter though who was very nice and attentive. Luckily it was a Monday so perhaps not a busy day, but we still had to wait a bit for our food.
Probably would like go back to try the dinner discovery menu or the Sunday brunch menu. Seems to be a bit more extensive.

Amazing place, we came for the brunch and it was delicious! Great food and drinks, nice staff, fair prices. We took the brunch all you can eat buffet and ordered a few extra warm dishes.

Great food, wonderful service, excellent wines and lovely ambiance. My favorite place to eat in Geneva.

LOVED IT !
We went to SABI right after a client meeting and really enjoyed. The decoration of the restaurant is beautiful, the service is perfeft, and the food surprised me a lot, it was very good.

(In GVA 4 times/year for work) might be my fav restaurant so far.
Delicious food and very nice vibes, we were treated lovely.
