Home from the USA at 1pm. I had been in a house with bedbugs and had some bites on my arms. I called DetectDog and they came with dog 2 hours later. They inspected each of my suitcases, purse, etc. All were OK. But they also said zero risk doesn't exist and advised me on how to proceed. For example, my clothes are in the freezer for a week. If I get new bites after 14 days, meaning I got them from my stuff, I will call them again.Very rapid service and good advice. Fingers crossed.

EXTREMELY POOR AND CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE from Patrick Horner. Did NOT RESPECT THE RDV TIME, came 5 hours earlier, at his own convenience, then complained that I had not prepared the house (I strictly followed their instructions which was vague to begin with), then LIED and told me off for not respecting the rdv time. Every time he cut me off and talked over me, then went off while shouting. And the worst part, ITS BEEN SEVERAL TIMES HE DID NOT RESPECT THE RDV TIME AND DISRESPECTED ME WITH HIS CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE.
I saw he had other bad comments about this. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. You are still working in a service industry, it is UNPROFESSIONAL to come whenever you see fit and complain to the customer and talk with such condescending attitude and even lie! Just POOR service.

I had been bitten by bed bugs while traveling in Amsterdam and was worried that I risked bringing them home with me. I sent a message to DetectDog and Patrick replied promptly, inviting me to have an impromptu inspection before going home from the airport. This gave me peace of mind that I did not bring unwanted guests into my home.

Patrick came 48h after we called him. He took time to listen and explain before bringing the dog in the house. Extremely professional and competent.

Professionnalisme et efficacité, deux mots pour définir l'intervention du Responsable de cette entreprise.
Après intervention, le technicien est revenu pour vérifier l'efficacité du traitement déployé. Je suis très satisfait de son travail et j'invite tous celles et ceux qui rencontrent des soucis de punaises de faire appel à son travail. Merci encore.

Service au top ! Voila plusieurs mois que notre calvaire est réglé et que la vie a pu reprendre son cours ! grâce a Patrick et son professionnalisme et après plusieurs tentatives échouées d un concurrent, nous recommandons a 200%

En trois mots: professionnel, rapide et efficace. Après une journée entière passée au téléphone à essayer de régler mon supposé problème de puces juste avant un gros déménagement, detectDOG est venu chez moi en l’espace de deux heures. Le diagnostic était négatif et j’étais soulagée. On m’a expliqué avec clarté les détails du processus et on a répondu à toute mes questions. Très sympathique par dessus le marché.
