After trying cryo in San Francisco area, I got addicted and was really happy to see the same concept on my way to work.

I love the cryo (in the warm season) as well as just tried Yoshi Dome (I will follow in colder seasons) and use the services on regular basis.

The place is really great, neat and inviting. The owner is very friendly, always smiling and really knowledgeable in health and well-being related topics.

Easy online booking. Credit card payment available.

I am looking forward to try more services!

Et finir aux urgences...
On peut être en excellente santé, avoir une excellente tension mais on ne sait jamais comment notre métabolisme va réagir à cette agression.
En effet, si tout se passe bien l'espace est sympa, mais si votre corps réagit d'une autre façon...
C'est jamais arrivé, nous dit-on...
A vous seul d'appeler une ambulance, de finir aux urgences et faire encore 3 jours d'hôpital, avec la confirmation que vous étiez en excellente santé avant...
N'oublions pas que cette thérapie doit absolument être appliquée sous contrôle médical sur place, à vous de voir...

Cryo Life est un endroit vraiment charmant. On s'y sent bien dès que l'on pousse la porte. J'y suis allée en découverte avec mon copain pour une séance de cryothérapie et nous n'avons pas été déçu. La qualité des soins, la bonne humeur de la gérante et le bien-être après la séance nous ferons revenir à coup sûr. Je vous conseille vivement de vous laisser tenter !

Cryo Life for a better life, Cryo Life for the rest of your life !
Je pratique très régulièrement la cabine cryo corps entier et j'en suis devenu accro. Une baisse de régime, du stress, des douleurs, un état fébrile ? 3 minutes et je me sens régénéré. A votre tour d'essayer, l'équipe est accueillante et professionnelle, l'endroit agréable, la Cryo c'est pour moi le soin de l'avenir !
