The x-rays and the cleaning were well done. After I had extra charges compared to my husband's bill, they were willing to refund the amount because they had not told me during the appointment that it would be extra. This is true transparency in prices. Thank you for your honesty. Gerne wieder !

I would like to thank Dr Stephanie Brauer and Assistant Alexandra Shein for professional help and treatment of my emergency case! Everything was done with attention, care, all explanations were given. It was easy to communicate, despite language barrier (my German is quite basic, but we could easily communicate in English). I am now continuing my treatment back in Paris, and I am grateful for the help provided in Zahninsel. Merci viel mal!

Helpful and professional - highly recommended! I went in for a crown recementing and the work done was extremely well-done. We had a small misunderstanding afterwards, which was resolved in no time with helpful attention from the staff.

My first impression of this dentist was as a very energetic woman. In fact, she cleaned my teeth so vigorously that she removed a pre-existing filling from another dentist, exposing a hole in my tooth that was not there five minutes before. I guess one of the first things they teach in dentistry school is not to say u003cu003cOops! I made a mistake in your mouth!u003eu003e

I found ZahnInsel to be a friendly, professional and competent dental practice. I went in for a teeth cleaning and they did a fantastic job. They also have their rates listed on their website - which is fantastic.

I have had previous bad experiences with dentists and travel 30 km’s from Spiez to Bern as I find the team here to be professional and accommodating (speaking English) I would recommend them highly.

Ich kann jedem die Praxis wärmsten empfehlen!
Das Personal ist nett, zuvorkommend, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Ich fühle mich immer gut aufgehoben und was das wichtigste ist, sehr gut betreut. Fragen werden mir immer ausführlich und verständlich erklärt. Es ist immer eine aufgeschlossene Atmosphäre in der ich mich wohl fühle, was ich selten erlebt habe. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich zu dieser Zahnpraxis gewechselt habe.
