Yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the asana postures, breathing exercises and concentration/meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Shahid Khan's Yogastudio Yogveda is the most excellent place I know to practice Yoga. Shahid is very passionate, highly qualified and a very nice and authentic person. The yoga teacher training was an intensive but really valuable refreshing of my knowledge as a teacher and a Yogi in all different means. I really think it is a great experience for anyone to get deeper in what Yoga can mean for your life.

An excellent Yoga teacher who teaches the science of Yoga very profoundly. He gives advice and corrections based on your level. The school is for people who like going slowly into the postures with exact alignement. Lessons are held in English.

I truly recommend to visit Shahid Khan's Yoga studio "Yogveda". Shahid is a very knowledgeable and passionate teacher. He's always striving for the best Yoga experience you can think of. It's great to have Shahid in Berne!

Sehr professionelle Yoga-Schule, mit differenzierten Übungen, welche für jede Person individuell angepasst werden.
Die positiven Wirkungen der Yoga-Übungen bemerkt man schon nach wenigen Lektionen. Durch dieses Yoga ist man präventiv für die Gesundheit, Beweglichkeit und für das Wohlbefinden gut gerüstet.
