Service is hit and miss and a downgrade from about a year ago. But the rooms are fine, no air-conditioning, minimal and smallish, more Japanese size, but the location is fantastic. Past old town, but very close to the train station. It's still an easy walk to old town and incredibly close to a park with fantastic views of the Alps!

It was ok ok place .
Switzerland is costly after all.
However one thing that was really good was the staff.
And the thing that was not ???????? good was the breakfast ???? selection and food servings.
It was only manageable because the staff was very nice.
But the hotel ???? did have cool ???? backpacks and umbrellas ☔☂️ for the guests to borrow, use and return.

Clean, efficient and functional, 5min walk west from station and a simple but quite reasonable breakfast with gluten free options. Reception was welcoming and staff respected my wishes to avoid room cleaning during my stay (which I think is wasteful and not needed). WiFi was fine and the bed comfortable though the pillows swallowed your head! Close to the University and city centre - I recommend Tibits vegetarian buffet 5 minutes walk into the centre.

V. Good hotel near station and centrally located. Bed a little hard, but we’re able to sleep. Confortable room. Bathroom updated with hot shower. Great breakfast. Good staff. Would stay there again. Exuded expectations.

They didn’t provide any body lotion / moisturiser in the room, something that is pretty standard in hotels of this standing. The breakfast was complimentary but the options provided were pretty bleak (though the preparations of the items were good). While the staff was polite and friendly in general, they responded pretty rudely when we requested a dental kit, something the hotel claims is complimentary.
This was my 2nd time in this hotel in 4 years and this place has certainly deteriorated.

Taking in the sights that Bern, Switzerland has to offer. Hotel Sorell Adore fit my needs. About a 3 minute walk to the train station. Conveniently located to most tourist spots. They provide a pass for public transportation, but most things are close enough to walk.
The room was small but clean. As a solo traveler it met my needs. They provide water and a safe but no mini fridge.
The bathroom was small but clean.
The staff was friendly and courteous.
The breakfast is with the room and it has a variety of meats, cheeses, jellies, coffee and more. Made fresh daily.
Overall, I would recommend. I do not have anything negative to say, other than it's a bit pricey, but this is Switzerland.

Very nice hotel and rooms for typical European hotel rooms. Service was really great. Very accommodating to anything I asked.
Right around the corner from the Bern train station. About a 5-minute walk.
I will stay there again if I have business in Bern
