Wow! My husband and I visited Bern on a Sunday in July of 2022, and this shop, Metalo, was closed. After making contact with a neighboring business owner, and Metalo shop-owner, we were able to surprise my husband for his birthday! She shipped this beautiful watch that he saw through the window to the US and was so kind. The packaging was very thoughtful as well. Thank you for your effort and kindness!

Eigentlich war es mein Fehler, ich bin wenige Minuten zu spät gekommen und der u003claden war somit schon zu, trotzdem würde ich ruhig und sehr kompetent beraten und Bedient. Das nennt man Kundenservice, der wird hier noch gross geschrieben.
