We arrived at 620 pm. They close at 630 pm. There was no one else in the store. I was wanting to purchase a hat for my aunt. We didn’t feel welcomed. It felt like the employee/ owner(?) wanted to leave right away. I felt rushed. I don’t think business should be done this way. I might have bought a hat if they had been more patient/ willing to wait. Was not impressed with the customer service on this aspect as well as helpfulness. While I was there, a couple of Asian ladies came in. He didn’t even really help them either…. Not impressive customer service in general. One good point is they do have a large selection of hats.

Waren heute sehr zufrieden. Die Dame (im sehr entzückendem Outfit mit Hut) wusste sehr genau, welcher Hut meinem Mann steht und aber mir. (So entschieden wir uns für mehr als einen Hut)
Wir fühlten uns sehr gut beraten. Einzig kritisieren möchte ich, dass die Dame mehrere Kunden gleichzeitig bedienen musste und die Beratung „kreuz und quer“ ging. Es ist der 2. Einkauf in diesem Laden.

Muy mal educados y perezosos. Si no quieres un panamá o algo que tengan totalmente a la vista, empiezan a resoplar. Si entra otro cliente, te dejan con la palabra en la boca y empiezan a atender al siguiente esperando esforzarse menos.
Si no quieres un simple panamá o fedora de verano, compra por internet. Tebdrás mas opciones y te ahorras sus malos modos.
