Very modern, but this comes with its flaws. Why the bathroom/toilet room has to be one big sliding door that closes one or the other? Bed comfortable, pillows too small. Conditioner was filled with shampoo.
Room is small. Otherwise location is good, temperature of the room as well, and very silent.

Im on a solo trip around Europe and this place by far has been my favourite accommodation. It is a newer hotel, very modern and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable as well as the room in general. Loved that they provided a glass bottle to fill up water from the cold water filter machines on each floor. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff very friendly. If i find myself in Bern again, i look forward to staying here again.

Best Staff of all Ibis Hotels I have stayed so far, thanks to Miro and Sabrina.
Good location as it's close to bus/tram station and food shops and in a quiet area.
Good breakfast selection.
Downside was the flooding in the bathroom due to the shower curtains placed up to high. In effect there was a close to 12 inches/1 foot gap between the floor and tip of the curtain thereby spilling water all over the bathroom floor.

The walls may be grey but it is nice, they give you a glass bottle that you can fill with still or sparkling water on each floor, they have a small gym, which has a treadmill and a cross trainer.
The bar has some nice local beers.
Breakfast is always included it is a buffer style, with Müsli, bread juices, cheeses bacon eggs sausages and beans and cold cuts and croissant so something for everyone, even margarine as an alternative to butter

Highly recommend: Brand new hotel, helpful staff, good value for money with tasty and rich breakfast included.
Rooms are well designed and the big ones are perfect for a small family (2 kids).
Tram runs in front of the hotel straight to the old town so you can leave your car during your stay on the Outdoor /indoor car park available.

Hello, I have been at the ibiz hotel for 5 days, for work reasons in Bern. It turns out that the room is very small and we are two people, the sink only has one door for each personal use. Breakfast is the same every day, they don't change the buffet because not everyone eats what's there! And the most that bothers us when we go down to have breakfast and we don't really like having breakfast, a tall and chubby worker (waiter) a little attached to us watches us a lot that we eat every so often I see him looking at our table, the desire to have breakfast is removed, it is a pity. They don't give us free breakfast, we have paid more than 1200 CHF. The cleaning was awful. The sheets have not been changed for 5 days, only towels. One more thing when we arrived, they told us that they have coffee and tea making machines there in the afternoon and it's free. The first day the machines were on the next day when we went down for a drink at 9:00 p.m. and to do some work from our computer, we wanted to have a drink, it turns out that the machines are turned off and you have to pay to have a drink while they left us at the reception here the machines 24H. but this does not matter. The most important thing is that the very small room is not the same as the one we have requested, there is no closet, it is a disaster. and the breakfast gives it 2 points out of 10, plus the waiter who works there is now on vacation. I'm never going back there

Nice hotel recently opened so everything works and is brand new. The rooms have good value for money. Especially because the breakfast, thee and coffee are included and of good quality. The only thing I didn’t like was de sliding door in front of the toilet. It was open on the side and the other person in the room could hear and smell everything ????

Wonderful experience here! Staff was so kind and accommodating, close to the station with a bus stop less than 3 minutes walk away, food is always amazing and rooms very well kept and clean with beautiful views of Bern.
