A nice warehouse feel bar, just top of the Bern bear pits. The milieu is nice and hip. The beers are nice and the food is good too. The staff are quite friendly and hospitable, which is great. The main dish I ordered was nice, but I wasn't fully convinced for 26chf, the bar could have added at least two yummy sausages and some bread on the side, and that could have made the experience complete. The rosti and onion sauce were nice, and sausage too. Overall, recommend a visit to this bar if you are passing the bear park in Bern. Perhaps, a for pint, because there are many more restaurant options across the bridge.

Nice place by the bear bridge.. full of tourists, but it is still a very good choice! Small opportunity area: given the crazy busy place, when personnel changes work slot or have a break, the orders may get a bit delayed. Having said that, the personnel remains ultra polite and smiley????

Tried one of their house specialty and a cordon bleu, weren’t impressed by the taste. The restaurant itself has a pub vibe, which is nice for hanging out late, but that’s it. It’s nice for grabbing some drinks and chatting after work but not for getting something tasty

Our group of 12 ate here on a Sunday night after 8pm when all other restaurants were closed. It was a good experience sitting indoors. Toilet was clean. Service was prompt though place was busy. You can tell it's professionally run. Beer selection was good. Highly recommended, especially if you need a place at an odd timing without reservations.

Last week we had a tram gathering at this location. It was my second visit to this place and both times I was pleased to be there. It is a very large restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating. Offers long tables for larger groups and you can order from snacks to multiple course menus.
What I liked most was the service employees. Despite a massive crowd and lots of hectic they stayed calm, focused and polite. In many restaurants with even less than these stress circumstances the staff would lose it. Well done staff!

I like the place. The food was great, every time I visited this place. Today we had two different Rösti. Great dinner. You should make a table reservation. It’s in general very busy!

The restaurant service and quality of the food was outstanding. What was even more impressive was the caring, considerate and professional way the staff dealt with a medical emergency experienced by my Mother, who was lunching there with me today.

They arranged an ambulance with paramedics very quickly and to my surprise they essentially waved the food bill which was unexpected & unnecessary but thoroughly appreciated by family and I at the time.

I will attempt to reach out via email if I can find one for the management to express my appreciation more directly and to express my families desire to pay for the food which we had mostly eaten before my mother collapsed.

I can recommend this establishment in the most glowing of terms.

great authentic pub with beer and local food. sausages are great. menu is also really nice. in addition to beer, they have wine and other spirits. must go in Bern!
