Very good shop for repairs and sales. Work is done timely and prices are fair. Had my Schwinn bike serviced in September, with good results. #gutewerk ????

A bit stand-offish. Perhaps that is the culture-personality. Not sure. Expensive (like most all shops here) Overall, so-so.

Tolle Velomechtruppe mit vielen Frauen, die dort super Arbeit machen. Wir wurden kompetent beraten beim Velokauf und auch der Service klappt prima.

Unerwarteter Platten. Spontan geholfen. Eine Stunde später bereits eine SMS, das alles repariert ist. Inkl. Kette geölt und Bremsen eingestellt. Zudem noch kostenlos ein Ersatz-Velo. Top Service ???? Auch beim nächsten Platten wurde die Arbeit gut ausgeführt. Was mich aber mittlerweile stört, nicht einmal wurde ich mit einem Lächeln oder Begeisterung bedient. Dies wird auch der Grund sein, warum ich zukünftig wo anders hingehe. Schade eigentlich.

Unglaublich netter Service. Frau Martig und ihr Team haben mir in extremis aus meiner not geholfen, noch spät am Nachmittag, dafür möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bedanken. Velove ist sehr zu empfehlen.
