The Taxi service to the airport was really good starting with the receptionist on the phone when booking it and then the driver, Vito, who helped me with my elderly mum and carry the luggages to the car and even all the way to the check in. I have never had such a great service! Many thanks!

I had an appointment at the hotel at 8am. The taxi didn't show up, I called the number and was told that the guy decided to cancel the ride.
Same day at 7pm asked for two taxis at the office, one came the other not. I called to ask what was going on, and was told that the second guy decided to cancel the ride. They offered to send another taxi (30 min had already passed), when the taxi arrived I gave him my name he told no and asked to get off the taxi as he was looking for someone else.
So much arrogance and lack of professionalism in one day.

We have used this taxi service on numerous occasions for transport to the EuroAirport and the railway station SBB. They have always arrived at the appointed time, were very courteous and professional. Thank you, we will use them again.

Great service, very friendly and welcoming always on time. Booked by app and also have the convenience of credit card payment in the taxi in case you don't have cash with you. Thank you!

Taxifahrer hält sich nicht an Termine, habe deswegen einen 2 Monate lang geplante Untersuchung verpasst. Vielen Dank. Kundenservice auch nur leere versprechen. Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen wenn einem Verbindlichkeit etwas wert sind und man pünktlich kommen möchte.
