I really appreciate your gesture! I went back and exchanged the candle but bought the print and more candles:) happy we resolved the issue..

Bad customer service. Bought items for CHF 200. When I went home one of the candle's in a box of 4 was broken. Tried to return it 2 days later and also buy a print for CHF 60. They didn’t take it back and I ended up not buying the print. So bad customer service and business sense. They lost CHF 60 over a CHF 8 candle????????u200d♀️

Tolles Konzept, coole Produkte! Caroline und Phillip im Friseursalon sind extrem professionell und sorgen für ein familiäres Klima. Ich komme immer und wieder gerne zurück, sogar aus Kanton Schwyz !

Der Jobfactory Store gefällt mir sehr und hat einzigartige und schöne Produkte! Ich habe mir jeden Stock angesehen. Es hat mich persönlich jedoch enorm gestört, dass ich überall wo ich hingegangen bin von Angestellten unterbrochen wurde. Ich verstehe, dass gewisse Kunden dieses Engagement schätzen. Ich fand es jedoch extrem störend und unangenehm, dass ich mich nicht einfach in Ruhe umsehen konnte weil ich konstant von den Angestellten angestarrt oder angesprochen wurde. Deswegen was es eher ein unangenehmes Erlebnis.

Unhöfliches Personal im Kleiderladen und in der baby/kinderabteilung. Bereits mehrmals schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Bei Kleider und Produkten im doch eher höheren Preissegment sollte man meiner Meinung nach auf gute und höfliche Kundenbedienung achten. Rückgabe bei deffekter Ware sollte entsprechend keine Diskussion sein. Schade, weil eigentlich tolles soziales Konzept.
Das Kaffee und Restaurant hingegen sehr zuvorkommend und lecker!
