They really are the nicest guys and the only Specialized dealer I’d go to in Basel. They are only interested in customer satisfaction- so don’t expect them to oversell and get you to buy stuff you don’t need.

I was able to borrow a bike (for free) for 3 days for testing and Benjamin has been continuously helpful on repairs when needed. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my bike needs.

One year later I still firmly confirm their support in supplying me parts to keep my ST1 running. Highly recommended.

I have bought a Stromer ST2 by Stromvelo and is extremely satisfied - both with the bike and the service.
Had a small issue after 400km and came by without appointed - it was fixed in a matter of minutes at no cost. Then at 800km I brought it in for the first check-up service and got it back spotlessly cleaned and brakes like new. As i picked it up I remember the bell had not worked optimally with gloves and asked if they had another version - but of course - we have already replaced it with a better one - see here....
And the bike itself - you just HAVE to try it. Forget about all the reading - just TRY. It is sooo fast.... he he.

Aufgrund eines Schicksalsschlags bin ich körperlich behindert. Ein Herzenswunsch von mir war wieder mit meiner Familie Fahrradtouren zu unternehmen. Das schien lange nicht möglich und ein Umbau gemäss der Rückmeldung vieler Fahrradhändler nicht möglich.
Benjamin uns sein Team haben mir dies nun mit viel Herzblut, Einsatz, ihrem grossen Knowhow und Erfindergeist ermöglicht.
