We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. We booked on a friends recommendation. The rooms are big & very clean. Very comfortable king sized bed. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Great location & easy access by bus from the airport. I would highly recommend:-)

We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed for much longer and would definitely stay again if we returned to Basel.

Fantastic location and very easy to get to via public transport. A very short distance from some great restaurants in the area. A superb breakfast for a very fair price by Switzerland price standards. Would recommend ONO Deli/Cafe/Restaurant a short walk away for food and drink.

The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
First off, my mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel made sure to reserve parking for us during our stay. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip so much easier.

But it didn't stop there! Allin, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful. She provided us with all the information we needed with a smile on her face. And Nadia was a total lifesaver when it came to giving us directions and local tips.

When you're greeted with a friendly smile and positive vibes. It really set the tone for our entire stay, and we're so grateful for the hospitality we received.

Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our experience a truly memorable one!

We spent two nights here after coming off a river cruise. The rooms are large and clean. The bed and staff were wonderful! This hotel is located within walking distance to many attractions, cafés and shopping. Free busses are very close by. The free botanical garden across the street was a nice surprise also.

Positive: Wonderful small hotel by the old gate. Just steps away from the old town. Hotel staff so helpful and friendly. Room was spotless. Negative: Everything was great.

Great service staff and good value rooms. With also very comfortable beds. With also parking and electric vehicle charging available. The breakfast selection is modest and high quality and a very decent price.

Nice people, nice environment, and super service. Free bike and public transportation pass and late check out for visitors, apple, banana, and water. Beautiful little garden to stop by. Wonderful experience with highly recomment for stay.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is quite strategies, near Spalentor landmark. Our bedroom are very good, very comfortable, do we can sleep soundly. We also had a nice breakfast at tis hotel. Thankyou for the good service to Spalentor Hotel
