I had to do many Corona-Test's in this Pharmacy. Everytime I went there, I got warmly welcomed by a young employee, she carried out the test very thoroughly and carefully. It has been a great customer service, it's been well organized and I felt very safe.

Nicht mehr für Ausläander empfohlen. Neue "blonde" Apothekerin ist arrogant und behandelt Nichtdeutschsprachige sehr unhöflich. Used to be my favorite apotheke, but I will look for a place that embraces diversity. This woman even puts her hands up so to have you back off and keep distance. Awful!

Die Apotheke meines Vertrauens. Sehr nettes Personal, gute Beratung, freundliches Ambiente.

Der PCR-Test wurde erst nach zwei Tagen ins Labor gesendet.
Uns wurde ins Gesicht gelogen und gesagt, dass die Apotheke nichts dafür kann, wenn das Resultat lange braucht.
Wenn aber die Proben nicht eingesendet werden, ist es ganz klar die Schuld der Apotheke, dass wir kein Resultat erhalten.
Wie glaubwürig eine 48h alte Probe ist, ist hier nochmals eine ganz andere Frage.
An die Termine wurde sich nicht gehalten. Trotz Terminvereinbarung mussten wir 20' warten.
Leider auf vielen Ebenen sehr enttäuscht!

Civid Test,freundlich, schnell, sauber und unkompliziert, Zertifikat ohne Test bekommen.
