Great place, nice hotels and great facilities. Right at the city centre and surrounded by the restaurants and pubs. This place was one of the best stays I have ever had. The gave us free city transport card. Allowed early check in. All the amenities mentioned on the website was nicely maintained. Very very polite staffs!

Very central location. 10 minutes from the Train Central station. The trams opposite can take you around the old town. The hotel itself is amazing. Indoor swimming pool and rooms so comfortable you are in for a treat. From meeting rooms to the the breakfast, you can't go wrong. After breakfast, the room becomes a restaurant / coffee shop. The concierge staff are helpful. Do ask for the free transport travel card. It allows you to use the buses and trams in Basel center area. It is not offered, but available. Talking rooms, they had a refresh. They look clean, funky and comfortable..i had a great stay. For location alone, it is so central. During carnival, the parades come inside the hotel and it is a fantastic experience. Recommended

Very nice, spacious room that was very comfortable. Service was excellent, particularly at front desk. Great amenities, too, a decent gym (which is rare in hotels) and good swimming pool. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of foods and dinner wasn't bad, either. Very central location with a tram right outside but easily walkable to attractions.

Terrible. A hotel is not only about the physical space, but above all the service the experience. Air conditioning broken and we were given a fan. Safe broken. Curtain broken and we could not sleep due to sun light in the morning. And the answer from reception was that they had not technician available. Management has not even apologized!

The hotel is in an excellent location half way between Basel SBB station and the city centre. You can easily walk to both, or take the tram from just outside the hotel. Ask for the Basel Card for free public transport (although you pay for it indirectly via city tax)
Our room was very quiet, looking out to the inside courtyard, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and reception staff friendly and helpful.

Love this hotel. Located close to the main station and on the main road. Its ideal for your travel needs. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are well laid out and has everything for a business trip.

I’ ve been in Basel couple of times for work and I have really beautiful time with Mr JEAN at the breakfast buffet of the hotel! He is an amazing, cheerful personality ready to welcome you with his French accent! Merci à Jean ! ! !
