Had the braised beef with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Did not expect them to marinate the beef in vinegar and was disappointed

Only attended breakfast here as part of the Radisson hotel. Thte buffet is beautifully laid out. Indeed, the rustic, artisanal layout is so consistent across all Radisson hotels globally, it must be a corporate template. Even so, the quality and range of foods is impressive and tasty.

Great food, ate here twice and customer service is a bit inconsistent but prices are okay for Switzerland and food was good.
