The store plan replicates the ikea’s concept of a maze, which is very annoying if you are looking for something specific.
Other than that, lots of variety and seems also more price competitive than other major shops

I bought a coffee table a month ago, got it home delivered. It came damaged. Have been trying to reach the team to get it returned / replaced but there is no response. It has been a month. That broken table is lying in my cellar. Never buying anything again from Micasa.

Great selection of home-products. I could shop here for ages! not stuffed full like other stores, and a decent range of options. Sadly, some cashiers are weird and unfriendly. they made me feel like I was interrupting them or just plain stupid. So I am now consciously choosing the longer line if the shorter leads to one of those employees.
