Came here a couple of months ago in summer, and got greeted as soon as I stepped inside. The staff was really friendly and let me take a look at some models I was interested in. At the end they even offered me some ice cream, even though I didn't end up buying anything. Very lovely store and a great visit if you're in the area!

Excellent Maison Oris! I had a wonderful experience buying my Oris watch at the Maison Oris in Basel. Silvia Vuillemin and her team were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable; they went the extra mile to find the specific watch I was looking for. Great selection of automatic watches from the excellent Swiss Independent watch maker company Oris. I fully recommend to visit the store.

Beautiful mechanical watches with exceptional beauty. A wonderful experience of buying my watch for my special birthday. The staff were so knowledgable and spent time with me to find the perfect watch for me. It was a really memorable experience. A local Basel watch making company who have developed their watches since 1904, evolving over time to produce some really beautiful timepieces at affordable prices. Great choices to suit your personal preferences and great customer service!

Im Dezember 2022 wurde das Maison Oris von einem Basler Street Art Künstler Namens Bust Art bemalt. Das ganze Haus erhielt durch das eine sehr schöne Fassade und das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich hoffe dass diese Kunst nicht wieder schnell verschwinden wird und sich viele Leute daran erfreuen können.

Die Uhren sprechen bereits für sich und auch der Service im Maison Oris ist ausgezeichnet!

Frau Brechbühl hat sich für mich und meine Fragen viel Zeit genommen und mich kompetent beraten. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hatte ich den Eindruck, dass die Kundenbeziehung beendet ist, wenn man das Maison Oris mit einer Uhr verlässt. Sollte ich weitere Anliegen haben, komme ich gerne hierher zurück.
