Certainly one of the best things that happened to my family and I in 2020 was having treatments in ICM Basel. You are always feel welcomed with sincere smile and outstanding service. For years, I have been having problem with my left elbow. After a couple of months of treatment there, the pain was gone. Just gone. Amazing. On top of that, I have also seen improvement with my energy level, emotional well being, and also with my family's well being. My son, who had chronic constipation is getting better with the treatment (shonisin) that he gets it here. The therapist is very knowledgeable and I am very happy that I have chosen this place over other acupuncture places after researching thoroughly. The price may not be the cheapest one, but it is worth every single cent! Thanks so much for being there for our family. Best wishes!

Happy with the result of the acupuncture but was overcharged, even though they claim they haven't. Unnecessary long consultation and pressure to make more appointments than necessary. Do your research before on how many appointments you need. This left a bitter taste in my case - such a shame.
