Worst service ever. Placed an order in early Feb. Didn't receive any news nor my order till I had to chase for it a month later, only to know that the order placed is already discontinued. I asked for a refund and its been close to 1.5 months later and I am still chasing for my refund! No explanation, no follow up from their side at all. I just have to keep chasing. No point replying to say sorry, there is obviously something very wrong with their internal operations. AND PLEASE REFUND ME!

Most terrible. First there was a month delay that no one informs you about, but when you call to ask- they try to sell you something else instead. Then, cherry on top- they send the order, they send the invoice, but not the bill, because "everything is online today"... Well no, my grandmother wants to go to the post office with a QR bill, so...No! I called twice and both times they were trying to convince me that what I'm asking for, isn't normal. It is still incredible to me how they refuse to send the bill, make you beg to pay, AND then send you a final demand (even though you asked them not to because you'd rather have the bill). Seriously disturbing and unprofessional. After a while, I sent them a link to the Post Finance and asked whether I should generate my own QR slip? They said "yes". I have never experienced anything as ridiculous as these people. How difficult is it to generate a poxy QR slip and enclose it with the order summary?? Not as difficult as asking for CHF 2.- on the bill for it though. Nothing they did made any sense, and the item isn't spectacular either. Never again! Terrible people, terrible customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE over the phone. I ordered a product online and was waiting for it more than a week to arrive(no e-mail confirmation of delivery) til i called. Before calling I also sent an e-mail but no response! Staff couldn’t speak english and the phone was passed to a guy named DAVID and told me that product was actually sold out. I asked for a refund and he said sure no problem AND THEN HANG UP THE PHONE. I was furious and I never experienced that kind of service here in Switzerland. Such a shame!

We spent an hour with Angela. She took her time explaining everything about trolleys, and most important, she showed everything she was saying. Excellent customer service.

After having a great service in the shop, we had many problems with the delivery. The kommode we were told that would be delivered in mid January was delivered, last Friday with missing instruction pages(they usually have no clue when you call to have info and they never inform you by email nor phone)isofix that should be delivered with the kommode didnt arrive that day. We were told it will be sent separately in a few days and we never heard back. We finally went to the shop and want to get a further info, and they finally admitted that they sold it to another customer by mistake!!!so we should wait until the second delivery reaches the shop!!! Ofcourse they didnt bother to inform us on any stage of these processes!We are also missing a raincover that should be delivered in the stroller package we got mid January, the hotline doesn’t have a clue, the shop is closed due to the renovation and I’m about to give birth and super frustrated. Nobody is even trying to make up for all these mistakes

Ordered an "sofort lieferbar" article, and am still waiting for it after a month. I am just asking for a refund but the customer service is not answering any of my emails.
