Revised Review-
After writing my last review, the owner of the plce contact me to apologies and offer a free massage. This was very kind. The massage with Tulip was good. It was much more of a relaxing massage this time.
Initial review:
The massage itself wasn’t bad but it was hard to relax. The massage felt very rushed, constantly being stopped to answer the phone. Also people coming in and out for apointment with no one to aswer other than the lady doing my massage. The massage was stopped at least 5 times.It was a bit chaotic and disruptive.It was clean , I think the price is okay for Basel.Ultimately didn’t feel relaxed and valued as a customer. Maybe I got unlucky and at that time there was no other staff.

I had a problem with my neck pain and shoulder, after an hour or so feel i bit better.

This is a revised review. After the bad experience, the place manager contacted me and offered a compensation.

Originally I went to get a back, neck and shoulder massage from Ying. That was a very poor experience, I given 2 stars. I wanted to give 1 star for the massage but the website, pay options and communication drove me to give 2 stars.

Second time, the recommendation was Anya as masseur and she was way better. She was kind and very communicative. Her massage is still not what I'm looking for, but this is more a subjective matter. She was a proper masseur with learned technic.

Overall for the two massages I would give 3 stars, but the owner great communication, the place environment (have shower), Anya kindness and the option that you can pay with card deserve the +1 star.

I have been to quite a few Thai massage places in Basle but this is by far the best one. The staff is very professional. The place is quiet, clean and also has a shower. The location is really convinent, right in the city center. Highly recommended.

Positive Spa Experience!

The Spa is clean and comfortable. I got a massage, facial and cupping. Attendants were corteous, professional and thorough. I would go back and definately recommend this Spa.

A pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Some hours later I felt the full impact of the massage. Well carried out. Aches and pains gone.
