Great shop, with good selection and reasonable prices. I’ve been looking for maternity clothes in several cities around Switzerland and this has the best prices and a nice range of basic clothes (dresses, pants, t-shirts etc.). Highly recommended, especially given how hard it is to find maternity stores here!

Terrible customer service!
Before buying a very expensive stroller I was sugestões to come the next day becomes it takes time to prepare the stroller:…how about having an option of each version already prepared instead of having 10 options of the same?…
I bought the stroller I wanted to try, 5min across town at Dreikäsehoch Babyshop - where they prepared everything I needed to try in just 5min…

Terrible customer service as mentioned on many reviews. We went to check for an accessory for our stroller and the salesperson was very unfriendly and not at all willing to help as if you’re not allowed to ask questions. We left without buying of course. We won’t be going there any time soon.

The customer service is awful. We went specifically to the Baby Walz store at Aeschenplatz with my husband to inquire certain items for our baby. We would buy all the necessaries, if ANYONE from that shop was bothered to assist us! No one came to inquire what we were looking for, finally when we found an “available” person (they all were), they said that: “we should check online”! Do you really think, that we would come to the shop and waste our time, if I could find all the details online?!! This is not the answer that customers should get, nor experience when shopping for a baby strollers and other important items! Choose another shop!

This company is horrible. I would not purchase for them again if I would be you.

They have nice products but the customer service and their shipping policy makes it very difficult for the customers.

You cannot pay by credit card, you need to send them money to their account. When returning you need to pay for the shipping. They have made an error on my order and by their policy they should refund me the money for the return. However, I am still waiting for the money now. So I still did not get what I needed AND i had to pay extra to give them back their product which they sent by mistake! Incredible! This company is very unprofessional!!

THE WORST customer service. For me, NO LESS THAN SCAMMERS!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHI**Y company.
HORRIBLE
I order more than 10 items while returned two items. I took me more than two months to get money back for one item. For another item, it is already more than 2 months I am waiting. I sent 6 emails and called hotline 4 times when I was told the money will be sent to by bank details. I AM STILL WAITING.
I really wish to file complaint through "betreibungsamt".

I then called Babywalz shop at Aeschenplatz, where the person said she can not do anything as online shopping is separate and hung up on me. WHAT THE HELL!

Recently visited this store for the first time. The reviews are mostly low due to the fact that there use to not be an elevator. They now have provided access through a small elevator that connects to the parking garage. It's not fancy and you have to go through quite a long deviation, but it allows you to access the bottom part of the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak English, the store is clean, organized and well stocked, the prices are fair. If you can baby wear it's more convenient than going all around for the elevator, but for the large variety of items and its location downtown, this is a good shop.

Super random. I ordered online some articles, they randomly substitute for other articles same price ))) bcs it was out of current stock
