Ich bin absolut schockiert, wie es sein kann, dass ein Patient beklaut wird, MEHRERE Wohnungsschlüssel verloren werden und nach Drücken des Notfallknopfes nicht sofort Hilfe kommt. Mit der Pflege älterer Leute kommt sehr viel Verantwortung und diese so sehr zu missachten ist ekelhaft.
