Es macht Spass, man kommt ins schwitzen und sagt einfach nie: „Es ist heute nicht soooo anstrengend gewesen.“ (es wird dann, sicher nicht lockerer) :D

Zumba gold by Elena macht richtig gute Laune, auch noch gelenkschonend und mit einer Choreografie, bei der sogar ich unerfahrene nicht dumm dastehe. Tipptopp!
