We did a curling lesson and it was very fun. Great instructors and a good chance to try something different!

The lanes were ok, a bit dry but nothing too special in a bowling alley. After playing for an hour we were surprised to get a bill for 50 francs instead of 47.50 (3 persons, one hour). The gentleman at the counter couldn't explain the extra 2.50... after some searching in the computer he told us we played 64 minutes. We played 60 and waited for four minutes to pay. The alley counts that as "effective playing time" . Think twice before bowling here, or at least be aware you get ripped of.

Holds the yearly Adelboden International, which "draws in" (pardon the pun) international curling teams. Ice looks good, had the lovely Lorna Rettig doing the commentary.
