Sandwiches, bread and cake made with love and tenderness from the best bakeries I have visited .. Each type is distinguished from the other .. I recommend trying all its products because you will not regret it. It is worth visiting many times

My husband picked up a salad for me. We have been in Switzerland now for 2 weeks and it was the best meal I have had. Would recommend. 10/10

Absolutely stunning place, with a lot of local delicacies. Wide range menu, almost all self-made and so delicious. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Loved the place!

very unfriendly service, incompetent staff and discriminatory.

one sandwich fell accidentally onto the floor immediately after paying and cashier handing it over. (keep in mind, we bought a lot)

they wouldn’t replace or refund, that one sandwich which is fine, but we were told to eat it from the dirty muddy floor instead?!

I repeated after her: ,,you want me to eat what fell onto the dirty floor?” which she replied with: you have to understand me?! not sure what there was more to understand! so disrespectful.

even the one star rating is too much.

It could be the most delicious food but with such poor customer service and disrespect everyone will lose their appetite!

They speak english, enough to make you comfortable and able to order. Very good coffee and very good food

The coffee is fantastic. They have an excellent selection of sweets and they have sandwiches on assortment of bread. Their service is good and there is a nice view in the back. However, they don't take American Express.
