I purchased my Ludwig from 2rad in 2012.
I just picked it up from a service and tyre change. Always friendly, always looking after their customers the best they can. As a result of the great customer service (which is not common in Zurich bike stores, have a look at some of my other reviews) they're often booked looking in advance for a service. Good things come to those who wait!

Great service and amazingly friendly staff.
Cedric was super nice and took his time to help me with my bike right away. He also explained in detail how I can fix the bike myself next time, so I don’t have to come back for those kind of small repairs.
If you live in Zurich city and have any questions regarding your bike I would definitely recommend this shop.

Sehr empfehlenswert.

Super service, extrem effizient, faire Preise!

Ich meldete mich telefonisch am Montag morgen mit einer kaputten Speiche am Hinterrad. Die Speiche wurde noch gleichentags perfekt ersetzt.
Zusätzlich wurde meine nicht mehr satt greifende Forderbremse adjustiert.

Sehr geduldiger, vertrauensvoller Service! Dem Problem wurde auf den Grund gegangen und letztendlich gelöst und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis! Bin äusserst zufrieden, nachdem ich lange Zeit Probleme beim Schalten hatte. Dies ist nun Geschichte!
